The Meadows at
Historic Castle Rock

The Meadows at Historic Castle Rock™ is a 4,000 acre master planned community in the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado. The Community is set against the backdrop of natural ridges, high prairie land and the Rocky Mountains and offers a blend of nature’s most popular assets, including more than 1,100 acres of public land dedication and open space, including parks, trails, schools and other community facilities. The Meadows currently has 28 completed neighborhoods and three neighborhoods under construction. In addition to conventional single-family, multi-family, and townhouse neighborhoods, The Meadows includes a nearly 300-acre mixed use area under development  for residential, retail and office spaces, and an additional 345 acres of traditional commercial, office and industrial zoned property. The current zoning for The Meadows allows for the development of over 10,800 dwelling units.

Cherry Creek North Office and Retail

Spanning two blocks in the heart of Cherry Creek North, Denver’s premier shopping district, these commercial buildings have retail and office space.  Boasting recent renovations (one in 2017 to the ANB Plaza and office tower – the property between Milwaukee and St. Paul on 2nd Avenue,  and one to the One Fillmore building between Fillmore and Milwaukee on 1st Avenue), these properties anchor the East end redevelopment to Cherry Creek North.

ANB Bank

The building is a 9,400 sf, two-story building located on a ½ acre site in the downtown Glenwood Springs central business district.  ANB Bank occupies the first level of the building and the second level has leasable tenant space and common area.  The building is a very attractive, energy efficient building that incorporates the standardized design elements of ANB Bank’s branding initiative in conjunction with achieving a complimentary design to fit within historic downtown Glenwood Springs. While ANB Bank owns the building, Alder will provide facilities & asset management services along with continued oversight of the turnkey buildout of the 2nd floor tenant spaces.
